La WWE ha vuelto a publicar en su página de internet, un ranking de los 50 mejores Tag Team de la historia de la compañía desde que Luke Graham & Tarzan Tyler ganaron el primer campeonato en parejas el 3 de junio de 1971.
En este nuevo ranking se destaca la aparición por primera vez del Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) en la posición #20; y la eliminación del ranking de Billy Gunn & Chuck Palumbo.
Además se destaca el cambio de posición de la mayoría de los equipos, salvo algunas excepciones que mantuvieron su posición original, incluyendo los 13 primeros puestos que no tuvieron cambio alguno.
Algunos de los ascensos más notables fueron:
