La noche de ayer, la NWA de Billy Corgan, de la mano de Mickie James, programó y presentó un fantástico evento denominado NWA EmPowerrr. El mismo se llevó a cabo en el Chase Park Plaza en St. Louis, Missouri y fue emitido en exclusiva a través de FITE TV.
Este era el primer PPV de la NWA completamente de mujeres y por eso la NWA tuvo que hacer uso de sus alianzas con AEW, Impact Wrestling y hasta AAA de México, pues su elenco femenil no es tan grande. En total fueron 8 combates los que se realizaron y la excampeona UFC y excampeona WWE, Ronda Rousey, a través de su cuenta oficial de Twitter dejó saber que el evento le encantó.
