Dave Meltzer y el Wrestling Observer publicaron la lista de premios a lo mejor del 2020, donde sobr sale que Jon Moxley fue considerado el mejor luchador del año, así como muchas categorías dominadas por All Elite Wrestling (AEW) sobre WWE, la cual fue muy mal calificada por los fans.

Cada año los suscriptores de la publicación escogen a sus favoritos, en una enorme lista de categorías.

Sin embargo con la Pandemia de COVID-19, fueron muy pocas empresas las que trabajaron y si normalmente se tiene más atención a la lucha en Estados Unidos, en 2020 casi todo se redujo a WWE-AEW para muchos aficionados
