Ayer hablábamos de NXT Takeover: San Antonio, pero la semana de WWE no ha acabado aún. Esta noche se celebrará una edición más del Royal Rumble.
Para celebrar, la compañía de Vince McMahon presenta un cartel bastante sugerente: Kevin Owens combatirá contra Roman Reigns por el Campeonato Universal WWE, mientras AJ Styles hará lo propio contra John Cena, en este caso por el Campeonato Mundial WWE.
Además de otros grandísimos encuentros potenciales que presenta el cartel, hay un foco claro: La batalla campal. Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, el Enterrador, Bray Wyatt, Dean Ambrose o The Miz son algunos de los hombres que participarán en esta lucha soñada… sin tener en cuenta a algunas leyendas… o quizá a algún retorno.
Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, lo que nos ocupa es la música. Blow your mind, de Ohana Bam, es la canción oficial de este Royal Rumble. Que esta canción haya sido elegida como el tema oficial es interesante. Numerosas fuentes, incluyendo a Triple H, aseguran que este Royal Rumble será imprevisible y sorprendente. Por eso, la posibilidad de que la compañía realice lo que el título de la canción anuncia (“Volvernos locos” o “Sorprendernos”) es bastante posible.
Sorpresa es exactamente el sentimiento que define a la elección del tema. Un tema de estudio, pop, y de un artista joven. Ohana Bam es un grupo denominado así mezclando el nombre del artista principal y el término “ohana” (“familia” en hawaiano). Bam sacó a la venta su único disco, Tree up, en octubre de 2015. Blow your mind, sin embargo, puede ser un anticipo de un proyecto futuro.
